Delivery status
At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail from our customer service and from the courier directly.

Shipping data
Studio19 di Giacomo Caporusso will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart.
The only data valid for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all the data contained in the copy of the order that he will receive via email.
Studio19 di Giacomo Caporusso cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or without the useful information to identify the place of delivery.

Timing of evasion
Orders will be processed within 10 working days of payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the processing of the order will take longer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 8.30 - 13.30 / 15.00 - 18.30 Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if made on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the following working day.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package should arrive tampered with or if the envelope sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and to contact us by sending an email to address sales@studio19adv.com
 

PS. for disadvantaged areas there will be a surcharge ranging from 10 to 15 euros.
